At Fresh Entertainment Bahamas, the integrity of your ticket purchase, check-in, and event experience is important to us. To help ensure that these experiences remain par excellence, we ask that you observe the following:
CHECKLIST
Your Ticket (s) are electronic, DO NOT SHARE them in a manner that they can be stolen and used by people other than those that you index. If you are purchasing tickets for someone else, we suggest that you download the ticket and send it via email or an end-to-end encrypted messaging app like WhatsApp.
Tickets can only be checked in at the event ONCE.
PLEASE provide a Government-issued ID when attending your event. Accept forms include a Driver’s License, National Insurance Card, Voter’s Card, or Passport.
Fresh Enetertainment Bahamas reserves the right to request that you present the Credit Card used to make this purchase at the Event check-in. Failure to do so MAY result in the cancellation of your Ticket (s) and the issuance of a full refund to the Credit Card used to facilitate the payment.
Additional information
Please download your ticket immediately after completing your purchase. Additionally, an email with a link will be sent to the email listed in the order. We will not be reissuing tickets under any circumstance. Please check spam if you don’t receive your receipt. Please review your receipt carefully. All completed purchase receipts will have a ticket download link.
All ticket payments are processed through PayPal and are VAT compliant. Please note that tickets are cashed out in USD currency, purchasing with a BSD currency account or card may result in exchange rate fees.
